Mr. Wan mentioned “BL tell a lot things” and give us some examples to spot a liar. These examples were indeed effective in demonstrating the human behavior.

My colleague
Sometimes, I called on my customers with one of my colleagues. The colleague has better professional knowledge than me, because he engaged in the similar job for a few years. In the industry, I am just a rookie. When we talked with the customers, he would like to talk about technical knowledge in order to show his ability. I noticed that he always touched the eye or play his spectacles when he was talking to our customers. Maybe the content he said was true. But his body language seemed to tell us that information was not completely right. I think the customers would like to doubt about the information. Because I conscious they lose their patience during the conversation.

Myself
Recently, I noticed that I had a bad habit. When I disagree my colleague’s opinion, I sometimes shake my head obviously as a way of saying no . I know that habit will provoke someone and increase my enemies in my career. Though, that would not happen when I face my boss or customers. But I still need to improve the habit. I think I must maintain my original face expression, even though I know his thought is wrong unless he really want to understand my thought..

Customers
When I called on some customers, they may not have too much time to talk. They would like to interrupt the conversation, but sometimes they felt embarrassed so that they did not stop talking. Meantime, I would notice their behaviors like they sorted their notebooks or eye sight do not concentrate. The cues covey that It is a good timing to close the conversation.

A friend
I have a friend. When I talked to him, he would always like to play a good listener. But he used too much nonverbal body language like nodding or saying “mm’ too many times. That always annoys me during the conversation. I think that is not attention but disturbance

Smokers
Sometimes smokers also show their body languages from their smoking behavior. Maybe they just want to smoke. But the way they smoked conveys their real characteristics.
Someone who blows smoke upwards into the air is feeling positive or even superior, while someone who blows smoke downwards is feeling negative or suspicious. Sometimes someone who smokes the cigarette one by one is feeling nervous or has a load in his mind.

After this class, I realized that body language is very important when someone expresses his thinking. It can let you know directly what his feeling is. But we always do not care about the body language they use and what the behavior means. Language can cheat people easily but the body language almost can't. So if you want to know people’s feeling, you should also observe their body language, instead of only listen what they say.
When I get along with others, I care the body language they use to me, because the body language can show me how people respect me truly. Sometimes I can understand the stranger’s character or attitude by observe their body language before I talk to them. So I do observe people when I’m free. It is very interesting. People often have some specific behavior though they are in the same kinds of situation. But they would not fine out, because bystanders see more than the person involved.
On the other hand, sometimes people would have some behavior without thinking that would hurt others or make some misunderstanding; even they don’t really mean to do it. So I think I need to learn these skills about how to use the body language suitably. It not only can make me have a good personal relationship, but also help me to know people’s thinking more clearly and quickly.

To Clement:

1. There are wonderful examples of BL in your report. As I can see, you do have practiced observing people's BLs when having verbal communication with them. It serves a good start for improving your skills in negotiation, communication as well, since it can help you collect more information about him to unearth his real needs, interests, concerns or fears.

2. Regrettably, grammar errors tarnish your report to a high degree, such as:

a. "BL tells a lot of things"
b. "Sometimes, when I called on my customers with my colleague, who has better professional knowledge than I, because he..."
c. "...he would 表過去的習慣 talk a lot about technical knowledge to show off his professionalism in this field."

3. You should have written a conclusion for this report, if you want to present a flawless reflection report.

To Candy:

1. "you should also observe their body language, instead of only listen what they say."

YOU SHOULD ALSO OBSERVE THEIR BL, INSTEAD OF LISTEN TO WHAT THEY SAY ONLY.

YOU SHOULD NOT ONLY LISTEN TO THEIR WORDS BUT ALSO OBSERVE THEIR BL.

2. "When I get along with others, I care the body language they use to me, because the body language can show me how people respect me truly."

WHEN I COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE, I DO CARE THE BL THEY USE. BECAUSE THE BL CAN REVEAL HOW THEY TRULY THINK ABOUT ME.

3. Observing people's BL can be not only interesting, as you said, but knowledgeable. BL is a window from which you may spot his true feeling about the matter on which you are negotiating or talking on.

4. However, different cultural settings can have different kinds of interpretation on the same kind of BL. Therefore, we still have to take the above into consideration before we try to interpret people's BL.
